Train withIntention
You want to look better, feel stronger, and have more energy. Private coaching for people who expect more from themselves to get there.
You are capable.
The Club
No more programs built for someone else's body. No more waiting for a rack, or guessing how to use equipment. No more guessing at macros, or crash dieting your way to the same ten pounds. No more saying no to things because you don't feel capable. No more figuring this out alone, in the little time you have.
We'll give you the tools, the accountability, and the structure to use them. In a private, high attention environment. With a program built entirely around you.
Feel like an athlete. With a coach who knows exactly where you are.
Ways to Train
Same intention, same precision. Three ways to put it into practice.

Private sessions at the club, with Noah every time. Based on your history, goals, calendar, and the specifics of your body, so nothing about your program is generic. Train alone, with a partner, or up to 3 friends, the coaching stays just as personal either way.

A progressive class series built to give you a strong athletic base, in 8 week increments, not a drop in workout. Small rosters start, train, and get stronger together, coached every session, until you're ready to move into more advanced classes or individualized programming.

Your program is custom-made. These four principles aren't.
Motivation fades, but habits remain. Real change comes from a program you can follow even on the days you don't feel like it.
Consistency wins, but only when it fits the life you actually have and the weeks that don't go as planned. A program you can sustain beats a perfect one you'll quit in a few weeks.
Direct, honest, and caring, never leaning on hype, fear, or manufactured urgency. Training that respects your intelligence and your time.
The gym is the lab, where you earn self-trust by showing up time after time. That confidence doesn't stay in the gym; it follows you out the door.

The Coach

Noah Sage Zimmerman
Founder & Head Coach, CSCSI built Praxis because I know what it's like to feel capable of more than your body is currently delivering. In my experience, willpower is rarely the real issue, and people already know what it takes to be disciplined in other areas of their lives. When it comes to fitness, what's usually missing is structure, and structure is what enables you to build discipline. I've had to rebuild structure from the ground up more than once: broken spine, brain bleed, a wrist disease that took my grip at 30. Every time, the path back was the same: the right system, the right support, and the willingness to do the work. That's what I build with every client who walks in here.
I've spent 8 years coaching high performing professionals, artists, and athletes. I've been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist since 2018, a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutritionist since 2022, and a Nutritional Coaching Institute Nutritionist since 2023. I’ve trained over 300+ people, and over 10,000 hours training people in-person.

Classes · Starting November 2026
The inaugural Praxis course. Not a drop-in. A progressive program that builds phase by phase so by the time you finish, you move better, lift more, and feel more athletic than you have in years.
For anyone who wants real coaching in a group setting. Whether you're returning to training after time off or building serious strength for the first time, no prior experience is required. Just show up consistently.
Every session follows the same structure: a full body warm-up, foundational plyometrics and movement prep, and progressive strength and hypertrophy work. You'll build the strength and movement quality that everything else depends on, learn how progressive overload actually works, and walk away with the nutrition fundamentals to make the training stick.
Strength 101 is the first phase in an ongoing series. What comes after depends on what you build here. Speed 101, Power 101, and advanced 201 tracks are coming. Each phase builds on the last. This is a program with a direction, not a class you drop in and out of.
